This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL415) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human BBX. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables sequence-specific double-stranded DNA binding activity. Predicted to be involved in regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to act upstream of or within bone development. Predicted to be located in chromatin. Predicted to be active in nucleus. CABT-BL415 is suitable for use in IHC (1:30–1:150) application. CABT-BL415 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
