General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL409) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human BAZ1A. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The BAZ1A gene encodes the accessory subunit of the ATP-dependent chromatin assembly factor (ACF), a member of the ISWI ('imitation switch') family of chromatin remodeling complexes (summarized by Racki et al., 2009 [PubMed 20033039]). CABT-BL409 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. CABT-BL409 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
