This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15192) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human cbx7. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a protein that contains the CHROMO (CHRomatin Organization MOdifier) domain. The encoded protein is a component of the Polycomb repressive complex 1 (PRC1), and is thought to control the lifespan of several normal human cells. DPABH-15192 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:20–1:100) applications. DPABH-15192 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
