This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23968) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF512, targeting the amino acid region 16–268 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF512 (Zinc Finger Protein 512) is a protein-coding gene located in the nucleus, primarily involved in transcriptional regulation and the initiation of heterochromatin formation, often acting alongside its paralog ZNF512B. It is known to recruit SUV39H homologues to pericentric regions and is associated with familial apolipoprotein C-II deficiency. DPABH-23968 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB) applications. DPABH-23968 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
