This product (Catalog No. DPABH-07551) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF404, targeting the amino acid region 45–271 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ZNF404 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF404 (Zinc Finger Protein 404) is a putative transcription factor belonging to the Krüppel-associated box (KRAB) zinc finger protein (KZFP) family. ZNF404 is predicted to function as a DNA-binding transcription factor that regulates RNA polymerase II-mediated transcription, potentially acting as a transcriptional repressor. DPABH-07551 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-07551 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
