This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15552) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF184, targeting the amino acid region 316–586 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZNF184 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF184 (Zinc Finger Protein 184) is a human protein-coding gene located on chromosome 6p22.1 that acts as a Krüppel-related transcription factor. It encodes a 751-amino acid protein featuring an N-terminal KRAB domain and C-terminal zinc finger motifs. It is heavily involved in regulating gene expression in stem cells, brain, and epidermis. DPABH-15552 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB) applications. DPABH-15552 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
