General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22452) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZFP64. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Zinc Finger Protein 64 (ZFP64), also known as ZNF338, is a Kruppel-like C2H2-type zinc finger protein acting as a transcription activator. It is highly expressed in multiple cancers (gallbladder, gastric, esophageal), promoting tumor progression, metastasis, immune escape, and stem cell-like properties via pathways like Notch1 and glycolysis.
DPABH-22452 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application.
DPABH-22452 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
