This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15404) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human WNT2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with WNT2 from rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors. Functions in the canonical Wnt signaling pathway that results in activation of transcription factors of the TCF/LEF family. Functions as upstream regulator of FGF10 expression. Plays an important role in embryonic lung development. May contribute to embryonic brain development by regulating the proliferation of dopaminergic precursors and neurons (By similarity).
DPABH-15404 is suitable for use in WB 1 (1000-3000) application.
DPABH-15404 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
