This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08706) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TBX6, targeting the amino acid region 241–330 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TBX6 from rat, mouse, dog, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene is a member of a phylogenetically conserved family of genes that share a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box. T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulation of developmental processes. Knockout studies in mice indicate that this gene is important for specification of paraxial mesoderm structures.
DPABH-08706 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-08706 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
