General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18433) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TYRP1, targeting the amino acid region 101–200 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TYRP1 from mouse, rat, cow, and horse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a melanosomal enzyme that belongs to the tyrosinase family and plays an important role in the melanin biosynthetic pathway. Defects in this gene are the cause of rufous oculocutaneous albinism and oculocutaneous albinism type III.
DPABH-18433 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
