General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21272) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TTPA. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Binds alpha-tocopherol, enhances its transfer between separate membranes, and stimulates its release from liver cells. Binds both phosphatidylinol 3,4-bisphosphate and phosphatidylinol 4,5-bisphosphate; the resulting conformation change is important for the release of the bound alpha-tocopherol (By similarity).
DPABH-21272 is suitable for use in IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications.
DPABH-21272 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
