This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22253) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TSEN2, targeting the amino acid region 159–465 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TSEN2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TSEN2, also named as SEN2, belongs to the tRNA-intron endonuclease family. TSEN2 is a metal ion independent nuclease that cleave the 5' splice site (PMID: 32476018). TSEN2 has 5 isoforms with the molecular mass of 45-53 kDa. TSEN2 is involved in the formation of a human endonuclease complex whose function is the removal of introns from pre-tRNA (PMID: 16595010). DPABH-22253 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-22253 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
