This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21852) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TMPO, targeting the amino acid region 1–362 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TMPO from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TMPO resides in the nucleus and may play a role in the assembly of the nuclear lamina, and thus help maintain the structural organization of the nuclear envelope. It may function as a receptor for the attachment of lamin filaments to the inner nuclear membrane. TMPO gene encodes 3 thymopoietins: alpha (75 kD), beta (51 kD), and gamma (39 kD).
DPABH-21852 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications.
DPABH-21852 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
