This product (Catalog No. DPABH-06357) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TLX2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TLX2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Transcription activator that binds DNA elements with the consensus sequence 5'-CGGTAATTGG-3'. Binds DNA via its homeobox. Required for normal cell death of enteric neurons in the gastrointestinal tract. Required for normal development of the enteric nervous system, and for proper development of normal motility of the gastrointestinal tract (By similarity).
DPABH-06357 is suitable for use in IHC 1 (50-1:200), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500), WB 1 (500-1:2000) applications.
DPABH-06357 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
