This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18308) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TLX1, targeting the amino acid region 121–220 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TLX1 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, zebrafish, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a nuclear transcription factor that belongs to the NK-linked or NK-like (NKL) subfamily of homeobox genes. The encoded protein is required for normal development of the spleen during embryogenesis. This protein is also involved in specification of neuronal cell fates. Ectopic expression of this gene due to chromosomal translocations is associated with certain T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemias. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
DPABH-18308 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-18308 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
