This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28273) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TLX1, targeting the amino acid region 31–123 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TLX1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TLX1, officially known as T-cell leukemia homeobox 1 (also synonymous with HOX11), is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 10q24.31 in humans that encodes a nuclear transcription factor belonging to the NK-linked or NK-like (NKL) subfamily of homeobox genes. The encoded protein, T-cell leukemia homeobox protein 1, features a conserved homeodomain for DNA binding and exists in multiple isoforms produced via alternative splicing, with the longest isoform (NP_005512.1) comprising 330 amino acids. In normal development, TLX1 plays critical roles in spleen organogenesis during embryogenesis and in the specification of neuronal cell fates, particularly in spinal cord interneurons, with biased expression observed in the spleen (RPKM 14.4) and salivary gland (RPKM 3.2).
DPABH-28273 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-28273 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
