General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14914) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TLE3, targeting the amino acid region 158–240 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TLE3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Transducin-like enhancer of split 3(TLE3) is a corepressor that binds to a variant of transciption factor, which mediated by CTNNB1 and TCF family members in Wnt signaling. It's suggested that effect of full-length TLE family members be regulated by association with dominant-negative AES.
DPABH-14914 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:300–1:1,200) applications.
DPABH-14914 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
