General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16658) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TIMM21. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Involved in mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase assembly; mitochondrial respiratory chain complex I assembly; and protein import into mitochondrial matrix. Located in mitochondrion. Part of TIM23 mitochondrial import inner membrane translocase complex. DPABH-16658 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:20–1:100) applications. DPABH-16658 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
