This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16192) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GTF2F1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GTF2F1 from rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables several functions, including RNA polymerase II general transcription initiation factor activity; phosphatase activator activity; and promoter-specific chromatin binding activity. Involved in positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II; response to virus; and transcription by RNA polymerase II. Located in cell junction and nucleoplasm. Part of transcription factor TFIID complex and transcription factor TFIIF complex. DPABH-16192 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-16192 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide,50% glycerol,pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
