This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27922) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TBR1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TBR1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Transcriptional repressor involved in multiple aspects of cortical development, including neuronal migration, laminar and areal identity, and axonal projection. As transcriptional repressor of FEZF2, it blocks the formation of the corticospinal (CS) tract from layer 6 projection neurons, thereby restricting the origin of CS axons specifically to layer 5 neurons (By similarity).
DPABH-27922 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications.
DPABH-27922 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
