General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03579) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TBR1, targeting the amino acid region 1–196 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TBR1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TBR1, also named as T-box brain protein 1, is a 682 amino acid protein, which contains one T-box DNA-binding domain and localizes in the nucleus. TBR1 is expressed in the brain and as a transcriptional regulator is involved in developmental processes. TBR1 is required for normal brain development.
DPABH-03579 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:20–1:200), IF-P (1:200–1:800) applications.
DPABH-03579 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
