This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21393) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TACR3, targeting the amino acid region 356–465 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene belongs to a family of genes that function as receptors for tachykinins. Receptor affinities are specified by variations in the 5'-end of the sequence. The receptors belonging to this family are characterized by interactions with G proteins and 7 hydrophobic transmembrane regions. This gene encodes the receptor for the tachykinin neurokinin 3, also referred to as neurokinin B. DPABH-21393 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:200) application. DPABH-21393 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
