General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04275) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TACO1, targeting the amino acid region 1–297 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TACO1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TACO1 (translational activator of cytochrome oxidase subunit I) is required for COXI translation. Mutations in TACO1 cause Leigh syndrome (LS) and cytochrome c oxidase deficiency. (27319982). DPABH-04275 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:20–1:200) applications. DPABH-04275 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
