General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12150) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SSRP1, targeting the amino acid region 361–709 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human SSRP1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SSRP1 (Structure-Specific Recognition Protein 1) is one of the key subunits of the chromatin transcription elongation factor FACT (Facilitates Chromatin Transcription) complex. It forms a heterodimer with SUPT16H and is widely involved in DNA replication, repair and transcription processes in eukaryotes.
DPABH-12150 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:20–1:200), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
