General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20933) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SPATA13, targeting the amino acid region 1–135 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human SPATA13 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Acts as guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for RHOA, RAC1 and CDC42 GTPases. Regulates cell migration and adhesion assembly and disassembly through a RAC1, PI3K, RHOA and AKT1-dependent mechanism. Increases both RAC1 and CDC42 activity, but decreases the amount of active RHOA. Required for MMP9 up-regulation via the JNK signaling pathway in colorectal tumor cells. Involved in tumor angiogenesis and may play a role in intestinal adenoma formation and tumor progression.
DPABH-20933 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IF/ICC (1:10–1:100) applications.
DPABH-20933 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
