General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08665) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SOCS4, targeting the amino acid region 1–118 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human SOCS4 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SOCS4 contains a SH2 domain and a SOCS BOX domain, and belongs to Suppressors of cytokine signaling (SOCS) family. SOCS family members are known to be cytokine-inducible negative regulators of cytokine signaling. DPABH-08665 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:5,000–1:50,000) application. DPABH-08665 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
