General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20353) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SMUG1. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a protein that participates in base excision repair by removing uracil from single- and double-stranded DNA. Many alternatively spliced transcript variants exist for this gene; the full-length nature is known for some but not all of the variants.
DPABH-20353 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application.
DPABH-20353 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
