This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20341) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC6A7, targeting the amino acid region 151–260 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SLC6A7 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene is a member of the gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) neurotransmitter gene family and encodes a high-affinity mammalian brain L-proline transporter protein. This transporter protein differs from other sodium-dependent plasma membrane carriers by its pharmacological specificity, kinetic properties, and ionic requirements.
DPABH-20341 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-20341 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
