This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12837) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC17A1, targeting the amino acid region 1–100 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SLC17A1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to enable transmembrane transporter activity. Involved in sodium-dependent phosphate transport; urate metabolic process; and urate transport. Located in apical plasma membrane.
