This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22644) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SH3BP5, targeting the amino acid region 1–100 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SH3BP5 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and zebrafish. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables guanyl-nucleotide exchange factor activity and protein kinase inhibitor activity. Acts upstream of or within intracellular signal transduction. Located in cytoplasmic vesicle membrane and nuclear body.
DPABH-22644 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-22644 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
