This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28802) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SEP15. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SEP15 from rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. May be involved in redox reactions associated with the formation of disulfide bonds (By similarity). May contribute to the quality control of protein folding in the endoplasmic reticulum. May regulate protein folding by enhancing the catalytic activity of UGGT1/UGCGL1 and UGGT2/UGCGL2. DPABH-28802 is suitable for use in WB 1 (1000-3000), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications. DPABH-28802 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
