General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26292) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RYK, targeting the amino acid region 261–610 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Tyrosine-protein kinase RYK may be a coreceptor along with FZD8 of Wnt proteins, such as WNT1, WNT3, WNT3A, and WNT5A. It is involved in neuron differentiation, axon guidance, corpus callosum establishment, and neurite outgrowth. In response to WNT3 stimulation, receptor C-terminal cleavage occurs in its transmembrane region, allowing the C-terminal intracellular product to translocate from the cytoplasm to the nucleus, which plays a crucial role in neuronal development.
DPABH-26292 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-26292 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
