General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04803) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human RRAS, targeting the amino acid region 131–218 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RRAS from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a small GTPase involved in diverse processes including angiogenesis, vascular homeostasis and regeneration, cell adhesion, and neuronal axon guidance. Mutations in this gene are found in many invasive cancers.
DPABH-04803 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-04803 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
