General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26047) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RPL36A, targeting the amino acid region 1–106 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RPL36A from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RPL36A (ribosomal protein L36a) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with RPL36A include pure red-cell aplasia, and influenza, and among its related super-pathways are Eukaryotic Translation Initiation and Metabolism of RNA. GO annotations related to this gene include structural constituent of ribosome. An important paralog of this gene is RPL36A-HNRNPH2. DPABH-26047 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-26047 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
