General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10970) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RNF150, targeting the amino acid region 92–211 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RNF150 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The RING finger (RNF) family, containing the N-terminal RING domain, is the largest E3 ubiquitin ligase family with 340 validated human members (PMID: 25609945). RNF150 proteins belong to the Goliath family and are involved in apoptosis and embryonic development (PMID: 19690564). RNF150 might be involved in the progression of GC partly via heparin binding which correlates well with angiogenesis and hematogenous metastasis (PMID: 37528105). There are four isoforms of RNF150, 48kDa, 44kDa, 43kDa, 32 kDa respectively.
DPABH-10970 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-10970 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
