General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25362) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RDH8. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RDH8 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Retinol dehydrogenase with a clear preference for NADP. Converts all-trans-retinal to all-trans-retinol. May play a role in the regeneration of visual pigment at high light intensity (By similarity). DPABH-25362 is suitable for use in IHC 1 (50-1:200), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500), WB 1 (500-1:2000) applications. DPABH-25362 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
