This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24605) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RASSF7, targeting the amino acid region 91–292 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RASSF7 from rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RASSF7, previously known as HRC1 (HRAS1 cluster 1) and C11orf13, is a member of the N-terminal RASSF family. RASSF7 protein localises to the centrosome and plays a key role in mitosis. RASSF7 is expressed in a broad range of different cell types and that this expression could be enhanced following exposure to hypoxia. RASSF7 has three isoforms with the MW 40 kDa, 36 kDa and 35 kDa. DPABH-24605 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-24605 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
