This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05235) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RASSF7. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Ras association domain family member 7 (RASSF7) is a protein encoded by the RASSF7 gene in humans, located on chromosome 11p15.5, and belongs to the N-terminal Ras association (RA) domain family of proteins involved in signal transduction and cellular regulation. The protein consists of 373 amino acids in its primary isoform, featuring an N-terminal RA domain that facilitates interactions with Ras-related proteins, along with glutamine- and proline-rich regions and a C-terminal leucine zipper-like motif for potential dimerization.[.
DPABH-05235 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:200) applications.
DPABH-05235 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
