General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24161) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RASIP1, targeting the amino acid region 617–963 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RASIP1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RASIP1, also named as Ras-interacting protein 1 or Rain, is a 963 amino acid protein, which contains one dilute domain and one Ras-associating domian. RASIP1 is highly expressed in heart and detected at lower levels in placenta and pancreas. RASIP1 is required for the proper formation of vascular structures that develop via both vasculogenesis and angiogenesis. RASIP1 acts as a critical and vascular-specific regulator of GTPase signaling, cell architecture, and adhesion, which is essential for endothelial cell morphogenesis and blood vessel tubulogenesis.
DPABH-24161 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-24161 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
