This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15990) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human RAB9A, targeting the amino acid region 65–170 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RAB9A from rat, mouse, chicken, dog, pig, cow, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables G protein activity; GDP binding activity; and GTP binding activity. Involved in positive regulation of exocytosis; receptor-mediated endocytosis; and regulation of protein localization. Located in late endosome; lysosome; and phagocytic vesicle.
DPABH-15990 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-15990 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
