This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25462) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human RAB4A, targeting the amino acid region 21–120 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RAB4A from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, sheep, and guineapig. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene is a member of the largest group in the Ras superfamily of small GTPases, which regulate membrane trafficking. The encoded protein is associated with early endosomes and is involved in their sorting and recycling. The protein also plays a role in regulating the recycling of receptors from endosomes to the plasma membrane. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed for this gene.
DPABH-25462 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), flow cytometry (FC) (1 μg/test), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-25462 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
