This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28894) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PSMD7, targeting the amino acid region 1–319 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PSMD7 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Proteasome 26S subunit, non-ATPase 7 (PSMD7), an ATP-independent component of the 19S regulatory subunit, is a member of the JAMM/MPN domain-associated metallopeptidase (JAMM) DUB family. PSMD7, as a core component of the 26S proteasome, is critical for the degradation of ubiquitinated proteins in the proteasome. PSMD7 arrests cell cycle in the G2/M phase during HIV infection. The molecular weight of PSMD7 is 37 kDa. (PMID: 34512150, 34234864).
DPABH-28894 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:10–1:100) applications.
DPABH-28894 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
