This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02381) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PSMD1, targeting the amino acid region 606–953 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PSMD1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PSMD1 is a component of the 26S proteasome and contributes to its function regulation. PSMD1 performs an important role in the regulation of numerous cellular processes through the degradation of proteins targeted for breakdown through ubiquitin. PSMD1 has been found to be closely related to a variety of cancers such as lung adenocarcinoma and breast cancer. DPABH-02381 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application. DPABH-02381 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
