General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19244) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PSMD1, targeting the amino acid region 221–310 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PSMD1 from mouse, rat, chicken, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, zebrafish, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a component of the 26S proteasome. The 26S proteasome is a large multiprotein complex that catalyzes the degradation of ubiquitinated intracellular proteins. The encoded protein is a component of the 19S regulatory cap complex of the 26S proteasome and mediates substrate deubiquitination. A pseudogene of this gene is also located on the long arm of chromosome 2.
DPABH-19244 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
