General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02266) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PSMB11. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PSMB11 belongs to the peptidase T1B family. It is a multicatalytic proteinase complex which is characterized by its ability to cleave peptides with Arg, Phe, Tyr, Leu, and Glu adjacent to the leaving group at neutral or slightly basic pH. PSMB11 has an ATP-dependent proteolytic activity. Incorporated instead of PSMB5 or PSMB8, this unit reduces the chymotrypsin-like activity of the proteasome. It plays a pivotal role in development of CD8-positive T cells.
DPABH-02266 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:600), IHC (1:100–1:400), flow cytometry (FC) (0.20 μg per 10^6 cells in a 100 μl suspension) applications.
DPABH-02266 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
