This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04193) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PRMT2, targeting the amino acid region 81–160 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PRMT2 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables several functions, including nuclear receptor binding activity; peroxisome proliferator activated receptor binding activity; and protein homodimerization activity. Involved in positive regulation of apoptotic process; regulation of DNA-templated transcription; and regulation of androgen receptor signaling pathway. Located in cytosol and nucleoplasm.
DPABH-04193 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-04193 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.02% Proclin300, 1% BSA, 0.01M PBS, pH7.4. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
