This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08321) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human POLR2H. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with POLR2H from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The three eukaryotic RNA polymerases are complex multisubunit enzymes that play a central role in the transcription of nuclear genes. This gene encodes an essential and highly conserved subunit of RNA polymerase II that is shared by the other two eukaryotic DNA-directed RNA polymerases, I and III. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants of this gene. DPABH-08321 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IP (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-08321 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
