This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05671) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human POLR2H, targeting the amino acid region 1–150 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human POLR2H from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. POLR2H, also known as hRPB8, is a 150 amino acid protein, which localizes in nucleolus and is expressed in 228 organ(s), highest expression level in mucosa of transverse colon. POLR2H. POLR2H is a DNA-dependent RNA polymerase catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates. POLR2H is a common component of RNA polymerases I, II and III which synthesize ribosomal RNA precursors, mRNA precursors and many functional non-coding RNAs, and small RNAs, such as 5S rRNA and tRNAs, respectively.
DPABH-05671 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:20–1:200), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-05671 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
