General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04204) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PLCG2, targeting the amino acid region 645–750 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PLCG2 from rat, mouse, dog, pig, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a transmembrane signaling enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 4,5-bisphosphate to 1D-myo-inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP3) and diacylglycerol (DAG) using calcium as a cofactor. IP3 and DAG are second messenger molecules important for transmitting signals from growth factor receptors and immune system receptors across the cell membrane. Mutations in this gene have been found in autoinflammation, antibody deficiency, and immune dysregulation syndrome and familial cold autoinflammatory syndrome 3.
DPABH-04204 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), flow cytometry (FC) (1 μg/test) applications.
DPABH-04204 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
