General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24629) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PIGO. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PIGO from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Ethanolamine phosphate transferase involved in glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchor biosynthesis. Transfers ethanolamine phosphate to the GPI third mannose which links the GPI-anchor to the C-terminus of the proteins by an amide bond. DPABH-24629 is suitable for use in IHC 1 (50-1:200), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications. DPABH-24629 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
